I regret this posting, but there is another firm out there marketing products under the MIZAR name - unfortunately they cannot be found on the Internet and the address of their place of business is not to be found via international trade groups and associations - I have tried.
I have been getting a rash of emails requesting operating manuals, complaints about poor focusing and other problems from North and South America and Europe regarding medium-size (Hobbyist) telescopes. The problem is these products are not ours - NOT products manufactured under the auspices of MIZAR Optical Instruments, Japan.
Regretfully, we have discontinued overseas sales of our med-level telescopes until this problem can be resolved.
